Bereft
In all of life's enrichments and luxuries, lies an emotion which comes to tug and remind us of mortality. "There was a time", it says, " and a time will come when you will feel me, while taken in bu opulence, beauty, extravagance, comfrt and all other words that lure a heart.
This series is my ode to this emotion - without a begining or closure. I shot this in Ladakh, a land of vastness - be it in the enormity of its mountains or the blue in the sky, quietness in its monasteries ir simple the stillness in its waters. A land of beauty beyond comprehension & one that should have given me no reason to feel the only thing I felt - Bereft.
